On August 3, just after 12:00 AM, Trooper Trinity Poole from the Vermont State Police initiated a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation on Vt Rt 107 in Bethel, Vermont.
Trooper Poole identified the operator of the vehicle as Zoe A. Mahan, 27, of Hartford, Vermont, and determined that Mahan was driving while under the influence.
Trooper Poole took Mahan into custody and charged her with DUI.
Mahan was transported to the Hartford, Vermont Police Department for processing and was released on a citation to appear at the Windsor County Superior Court – Criminal Division.
