Just after 8:00 PM, on Saturday night Vermont State Police responded to a domestic assault.
Troopers determined that Ryan Hart, 40, of Chelsea, Vermont caused pain and injury to a domestic partner.
Initially Hart fled the area but later he returned and Vermont State Police arrested Hart for Domestic Assault.
Hart was transported to the Royalton barracks for processing, and was given court ordered conditions of release and cited to appear before the Orange County Superior Court Criminal Division.
