On August 4th, at 2:43 PM, Vermont State Police arrested Tommy Stone, 50, of Milton, VT., for DUI #3 and Criminal Refusal.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks responded to a report of a single vehicle accident on Conger Road in the town of Georgia, Vermont.
The operator of the vehicle, Vermont State Police, has identified as Stone and determined that he was allegedly operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Stone was placed under arrest by Trooper Cody Bellinghiri for suspicion of DUI and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing, and later was released to appear in the Franklin County Superior Court.
