UConn 62, Creighton 48 

UConn’s Tristen Newton scored 16 points as the #1 team in the country cruised to a victory over 18th ranked Creighton. The win for the Huskies was their first as the top-ranked team in the country in 15 years.

Lafayette 72, Holy Cross 68

Lafayette picked up a road win in Worcester, MA to remain undefeated (5-0) in Patriot League play. Mark Butler led the way for the Leopards with 14 points. Ryan Pettit shot 3 for 4 from three, finishing with. 11 points.

Bloomfield College 90, Bridgeport 80

It was a back and forth game between the Demon Deacons and Purple Nights as the two teams finished the first half tied at 40. The 10-point second half difference, and Bloomfield College outshooting Bridgeport in the paint, led to a 10-point victory for them. Starell Hearns led the game for BC with 19 points.

St.Bona 99, Rhode Island 64

Charles Pride scored a game high 25 points while shooting five for six from three leading the St.Bona Bonnies to a blowout win over the Rhode Island Rams. The Rams are now 3-1 in conference play while the Bonnies are 2-2. Rhode Island is now 9-8 while St.Bona improves to 11-5

Bucknell 73, Boston University 57

The Bucknell Bison climbed to 3-2 in conference play after defeating the Boston University Terriers. The Bison saw 26 points along with six rebounds and four assists from Jack Forrest. Anthony Morales finished with 21 points in a losing effort for the Terriers.

Providence 100, DePaul 62

The Providence Friars got the blowout win on the backs of Devin Carter and Josh Oduro. Carter had a game high 25 points while Oduro ended with 17 points and nine rebounds. DePaul is now 0-6 in Big East conference play.

Loyola 79, UMass 78

Loyola got the win in the final seconds from a Philip Ashton layup and free throw in the final seconds. Ashton added 23 points to go along with his game winner giving Loyola a record of 12-6. UMass witnessed 28 points from Josh Cohen in the losing effort.
