West Boylston Man Indicted By Federal Jury For Possession With Intent To Distribute Cocaine

On Thursday at the U.S. District Court in Worcester, a federal jury indicted Augustus “Bobo” Kormah, 30, of West Boylston.

Kormah was indicted on one count of being a felon in possession of ammunition and one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine.

Kormah is currently in state custody and will make an initial appearance in federal court in Worcester at a later date.

Allegedly on September 11, 2021, Kormah was arrested after a suspected drug transaction.

During a search of Kormah’s apartment, law enforcement seized approximately 26 grams of cocaine; 50 rounds of .40-caliber ammunition containing the headstamp “Speer 40 S&W”; 50 rounds of .45-caliber ammunition containing the headstamp “HOTSHOT .45 AUTO”; and 30 rounds of 9mm Luger ammunition.

Kormah is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition due to prior convictions
