Boston – Arrest of 25-year-old Freudy Guerreo-LaChapel, Roxbury, on Saturday, Feb. 21, by Boston Police officers assigned to the Drug Control Units in District B-2 (Roxbury), District C-11 (Dorchester), and the Citywide Drug Control Unit of Boston Police.

There had been multiple community complaints regarding suspected illegal drug activity in the Grove Hall area. As part of the investigation, a search warrant was obtained for the primary target of the investigation and a residence located on Waumbeck Street in Roxbury.

Officers recovered 150 grams of Fentanyl, materials consistent with drug packaging, two cellular phones, and about $64 in U.S currency, during the warrant execution.

At this time, Guerrero was taken into custody and will be arraigned in Dorchester District Court on charges of Trafficking in a Class A substance (100-199 grams) and Distribution of a Class A substance. He is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
