Vermont (Berlin Barracks) – At 5:05 p.m., Feb. 20, Trooper Katie Finn of the Vermont State Police responded to an incident on Verd Mont Road in Waitsfield.
After an investigation, Travis D. Green, 45, of Waterbury, violated the conditions of an Abuse Prevention Order. Green was subsequently taken into custody for violations of an Abuse Prevention Order.
Green is scheduled to appear on Feb. 23, at 12:30 p.m. in the Criminal Division of the Vermont Superior Court, Washington County, to answer the charges. He is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
