Central Falls, Rhode Island – At approximately 1125 hours, Rhode Island State Police arrested Johnjahhaas Delgado, age 31, of Dexter Street, in Central Falls, Rhode Island, on a bench warrant out of the Sixth Division District Court for:
- Failure to Appear for Arraignment for Failure to Stop for an Accident
The original charge was out of the Providence Police Department.
As a result of a motor vehicle stop in the City of Pawtucket on Middle Street. Delgado was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and was later transferred to Sixth Division District Court.
