ROXBURY — A 69-year-old man was arrested Friday morning after allegedly exposing himself to children waiting for a school bus near Huntington Avenue, Boston Police said.
Detectives identified the suspect as Jorge Cartagena of Allston. Witnesses reported seeing him touch himself in public before leaving the scene on a scooter.
After a swift investigation by BPD’s District B-2 detectives, Cartagena was located and arrested. He faces charges of Open & Gross Lewdness and is expected to be arraigned in West Roxbury District Court.
