A Hudson, New Hampshire man was arrested late Thursday night after leading New Hampshire State Police on a high-speed chase and smashing into a rock wall in Londonderry.
Around 10:17 p.m. on October 2, Trooper Matthew Howe of Troop B clocked a 2003 BMW 3 Series tearing down Interstate 93 at 118 mph. When Howe tried to stop the car, the driver got off at Exit 5, sped up, and began weaving past other vehicles to get away. With safety in mind, the trooper called off the pursuit.

Minutes later, troopers found the wrecked BMW on Old Derry Road. Investigators say the driver lost control, veered off the road, and plowed into a rock wall, causing heavy damage to the car and nearby property.
The driver, identified as 29-year-old Devin Quinn of Hudson, escaped injury but not arrest. He’s facing a laundry list of charges — reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, two counts of aggravated DUI, DUI subsequent (third) offense, operating after suspension, criminal mischief, and reckless driving.
Quinn was released on cash bail and is due in Derry District Court. Police are asking anyone with information to contact Trooper Howe at Matthew.S.Howe@DOS.NH.GOV.
