ROXBURY, N.H. – A month-long drug investigation in Roxbury, New Hampshire, has led to four arrests, multiple charges, and several additional warrants, the New Hampshire State Police announced.

On Wednesday, September 10, 2025, members of the NHSP Narcotics Investigations Unit (NIU) executed a search warrant at 138 Branch Road.

Troopers arrested Tyjuan Gary, 32, of West Orange, N.J., for felony sale of a controlled drug; Michael Steever, 45, of Claremont, for felony sale of a controlled drug; and Tianna Martin, 35, of Surry, for felony conspiracy-sale of a controlled drug.

Shawn Mooney, 37, of Roxbury, was also wanted on an active NHSP arrest warrant for duty to register as a sex offender. He was not located during the initial search but was later taken into custody the same day by members of the Lebanon Police Department. Details on Mooney’s arrest were released separately by that agency.

State Police said additional arrest warrants have been issued as part of the ongoing investigation.

Gary and Steever were arraigned on Thursday, September 11, in Keene District Court. Mooney appeared in Lebanon District Court the same day. Martin was released on personal recognizance.

The operation was supported by Troopers assigned to the Troop C barracks along with Roxbury and Keene police.
