MANCHESTER, N.H. – A Massachusetts man was arrested in Manchester for providing false address information to the New Hampshire Sex Offender Registry.

On September 12, 2025, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for James Fuller, 61, of Massachusetts, after learning he had reported a false Haverhill, Mass., address to the registry. Fuller is required to register as a Tier III offender in New Hampshire.

Fuller was taken into custody in Manchester and charged with one felony count of duty to report (NH RSA 651:b-9 VI). He is scheduled to be arraigned in Merrimack District Court on October 21, 2025.
