NORTH EASTON, Mass. (August 22, 2025) — Norman Hicks, 58, of 163 Rockland Street, North Easton, was arrested Friday morning by Rhode Island state troopers for Leaving the Scene of an Accident – Damage to Attended Vehicles and Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty.
The arrest followed a barracks investigation and Hicks’ voluntary surrender at the Lincoln Woods Barracks at approximately 9:25 AM.
Hicks was processed and transported to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment.
