Fall River Man Arrested for DUI and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test

NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (August 23, 2025) — Escarlin Herrera, 28, of 769 President Avenue, Apartment 1, Fall River, Mass., was arrested early Saturday morning by Rhode Island state troopers following a motor vehicle stop on Route 146.
Herrera faces charges of Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – First Offense and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense.
Herrera was processed at Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
