LOWELL, VT — A Lowell woman is facing her second DUI charge after Vermont State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash Thursday night on Hazen Notch Road.
On July 17, 2025, at approximately 9:19 p.m., troopers from the Derby Barracks were dispatched to the scene of the crash. During the investigation, the driver, identified as 40-year-old Ashley Prevost of Lowell, showed signs of impairment.
Prevost was placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI (second offense) and transported to the Derby Barracks for processing. She was later released with a citation to appear in Orleans County Superior Court on August 5, 2025, at 8:30 a.m.
No injuries were reported in the crash.
