4 Arrested in Claremont, New Hampshire On Drug Charges

In Claremont, New Hampshire, State Police in New Hampshire arrested four individuals following drug investigations in November. 

New Hampshire State Police said on Thursday that Joshua Poirier, 33, of Claremont, was arrested on November 25. Barbara Bellacicco, 33, also of Claremont, was arrested on November 30. Bradley Leblanc, 37, and Chasity Forman, 48, also both of Claremont, were arrested earlier in November on the eighth. 

Poirier was arrested on three counts of conspiracy to commit sales of a controlled drug and one count of sale of a controlled substance.

Bellacicco was arrested on three counts of conspiracy to commit sales of a controlled drug.

Leblanc was arrested for three counts of sale of a controlled drug (subsequent offense) and one count of conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled drug (subsequent offense).

Forman was arrested for one count of conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled drug (subsequent offense).

While investigating Poirier and Bellacicco, New Hampshire State Police said, “More than 5 grams of suspected fentanyl/heroin and more than 18 grams of suspected crack cocaine were seized.”

While investigating Leblanc and Forman, New Hampshire State Police said, “More than 60 grams of suspected fentanyl, approximately 2 grams of suspected methamphetamine, and 13 assorted suspected narcotics pills were seized.”

Poirier, Bellacicco, Leblanc, and Forman were all booked and processed at Claremont, NH. Police Department. All four were released on personal recognizance bail pending arraignments in Claremont District Court.

The investigations were led by the New Hampshire State Police Narcotics Investigations Unit with assistance from the Claremont Police Department and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force.
