Following a hit and run accident investigation on Route 95 in Providence, Rhode Island State Police on Tuesday arrested James Silvia, age 55, of Warwick, Rhode Island.
Silvia was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – B.A.C Unknown – 1ST Offense, Refusal to Submit a Chemical Test, and Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle.
After being processed at the Rhode State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, Silvia was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
