Bonanno was charged with two counts of Indecent Solicitation of a Child. At his arraignment at the Fourth District Court, Associate Judge O’Neill set $5,000 surety bail with special bail conditions of restricted Internet access and no unsupervised contact with minors.
Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, on August 1, arrested Alan Silvia, 56, of Coventry, Rhode Island and Dale Bonanno, 52, of Westerly, Rhode Island.
Silvia was charged with Possession of Child Pornography and at his arraignment Associate Judge Caroulo set $5,000 surety bail with special bail conditions of restricted Internet access and no unsupervised contact with minors.
