On July 28, just before 3:00 PM, Vermont State Police responded to a location in the Town of Clarendon, Vermont for a report of lewd and lascivious conduct.
Troopers investigation determined that Peter Pfenning, 61, of Clarendon, Vermont was involved in lewd and lascivious conduct and he was arrested.
Pfenning was taken to Marble Valley Correctional Center and was held on $5,000 cash bail.
