Friday afternoon just before 2:00 pm, members of the Rhode Island State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force arrested Daniel Douangmala, 35, of Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
Douangmala was charged with, Possession with Intent to Deliver of a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance – Cocaine, Possession of a Firearm while Committing a Controlled Substance Violation, License of Permit Required to Carry a Pistol, and Possession of a Firearm by a Prohibited Person.
Douangmala was transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending his arraignment at 3rd Division District Court.
