New Hampshire State Police is on Saturday and responded to a rollover crash on I-93 southbound in the area of mile marker 26.8 around 5:18 p.m.
A Chevrolet Express van being operated by Hendry Matias Chuqui Pena, 38, of Brockton, Massachusetts was traveling southbound when it cut across the median dividing I-293 southbound and I-93 southbound, lost control and rolled over coming to rest on the shoulder.
New Hampshire State Police said several occupants of the vehicle were ejected when the crash occurred.
Jose Evangelista Yanascual Cumbalaza, 50, of Brockton, Massachusetts, succumbed to his injuries and was deceased at the scene of the crash.
Three other occupants in the van were transported to the Eliot Hospital in Manchester to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries sustained in the crash.
