Following a motor vehicle stop on Thurston Street in the City of Pawtucket, Rhode Island on Monday, October 9, at 1:30 AM, Troopers with the Rhode Island State Police arrested Bernaldino Da Veiga Rosa, 32, of Brockton, Massachusetts.
Da Veiga Rosa was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
Da Veiga Rosa was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
