As the of a motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 95, in Pawtucket, Rhode Island on October 9, at 2:28 AM, Rhode Island State Police arrested Anthony Momplaisir, 47, of Providence, Rhode Island.
Momplaisir was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs – BAC Unknown – Third Offense, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test- Third Offense.
Following a medical evaluation at Miriam Hospital, Momplaisir was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, presented/arraigned as a Probation Violator by the Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions- Men’s Intake Center.
