Following a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of North Providence, Rhode Island, Troopers with the Rhode Island State Police arrested David Arroyo, 31, of West Warwick, Rhode Island.
Arroyo was charged with Violation of a Protection Order and Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty.
Arroyo was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, presented/arraigned as a Bail Violator by the Justice of the Peace, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions- Men’s Intake Center.
