Monday afternoon Boston Police say they arrested Christopher Greene, 32, of Medford, MA., and Kenny Pierre, 26, of Abington, MA.
Officers with the Boston Police Department assigned to District A-1 in Downtown Boston around 12:13 PM, were on patrol in the area of South Station when the allegedly observed what they believed to be a street level drug transaction between a group of individuals.
In a statement Boston Police said, “Upon further investigation, officers recovered; a Ruger LC9 firearm, loaded with seven rounds in the magazine and one round in the chamber, psilocybin mushrooms, plastic bags of Marijuana, a digital scale, $104.00 in USC and multiple credit cards in different names.”
Greene was charged with; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Ammunition, Distribution of Class D, Drugs, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class C, Drugs, Receiving Stolen Property, Distribution of Class D, Drugs while Possessing a Firearm within the Public Boston Commons Park.
Pierre was charged with; Receiving Stolen Property and Possession of Stolen Credit Cards.
