New England Patriots Cornerback Jack Jones Arrested By Massachusetts State Police

On Friday at Logan International Airport in Boston, Massachusetts, State Police arrested New England Patriots cornerback Jack Jones.
Jones, 25, has been charged with two counts of possession of a concealed weapon in a secure area of an airport, possession of ammunition without a firearm identification card, unlawful possession of a firearm, carrying a loaded firearm and possession of a large-capacity feeding device.

While at Logan International Airport in the East Boston section of Boston, Jones at about 5:20 p.m. was going through a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint whan a TSA agent located two loaded firearms and ammunition in Jones’ carry-on luggage. TSA notified Massachusetts State Police who responded to the checkpoint and Jones was arrested.
Jones, who was selected in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Patriots, was booked at the Massachusetts State Police-Logan Airport barracks. His bail was set at $50,000 and he is due to be arraigned next week in East Boston District Court.
