Rhode State Police have arrested Aaron French, 32, of 114 Dexter Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island.
French, was wanted on a bench warrant out Providence Superior Court for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, originating out of the Providence Police Department, a bench warrant out of Providence Superior Court for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, originating out of the Providence Police Department and a bench warrant out of the Third District Court for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance, originating out of the Smithfield Police Department.
Rhode Island State Police responded to the State House in Providence to assist Capitol Police who had French in custody.
French was taken to Rhode Island Hospital for a medical evaluation and was later taken to Providence Superior Court.
