On Sunday Morning at approximately 12:01 AM, Vermont State Police observed a vehicle traveling in the area of Depot Street and Route 5 fail to stop at the intersection.
After stopping the vehicle, Troopers observed signs of impairment on the operator who has been identified as Caitlin Kellogg, 25, of St. Johnsbury, Vermont.
Following field sobriety tests, Kellogg was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI. After further processing at the St. Johnsbury Barracks, she was charged for DUI.
