Early Friday morning at about 12:52 AM, Rhode Island State Police arrested Jenny Vega Roman, age 50, of 161 Mendon Avenue, Apt. 1, Pawtucket, RI.
Roman was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense, Disorderly Conduct, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.
Roman was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
