Christopher Fuller, 30, of Worcester, Massachusetts was arraigned today in East Brookfield District Court.
Fuller is charged with one count of murder in the death of Ernest A. Appiah, whose body was found in the woods off of Asnebumskit Road in Paxton on March 5.
Appiah, a 29-year-old Worcester resident, was discovered deceased just before 7 a.m. after a resident called 911 to report a body about 25 feet into the wooded area off the road.
Appiah was shot in the torso and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled his death a homicide.
Fuller was held without bail and is due back in court on Aug. 12.
