On the ice at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit Tuesday night, the Bruins came up short against the Red Wings.
In the first period both Haula and Carlo scored for the Bruins and Larkin scored for the Red Wings. At the end of the first period it was a 2-1 Bruins lead.
In the second period the Red Wings took the lead with both Rasmussen and Zadina scoring and at the end of the second period it was a 2-4 Red Wings lead.
In the third period the Red Wings sealed their win with Vrana and Gagner each getting a goal but this game wouldn’t be over without Bergeron getting a goal to end it a 3-5 Red Wings game.
