On Tuesday, Matthew Ormon, 50, of Quincy was arrested and charged with one count of receipt of child pornography.
During his initial court appearance at the U.S. District Court in Boston Tuesday, Orman was detained pending a detention hearing scheduled for April 7.
During a search of Ormon’s residence law enforcement seized multiple electronic devices, including two custom built computers and a network drive.
An on-site forensic exam allegedly revealed numerous videos depicting child pornography on at least one device. Forensic review of the devices remains ongoing.
