Central Falls, Rhode Island Man Pleads Guilty To Cocaine Distribution Charges

On Monday, George Mojica, 42, of Central Falls, Rhode Island pleaded guilty to an information charging conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine.

For two years Mojica, Arcadio Torres, 40, of North Providence, Nelson Carvahlo, 47, of Cranston, Angel Delgado, 25, of Pawtucket, and others, tracked, retrieved, and transported packages containing between one and five kilograms. Numerous packages were intercepted by law enforcement.

Mojica is scheduled to be sentenced by U.S. District Court Mary S. McElroy on May 16, 2022.
