Celtics And Railers Come Up Short While Yale And BU Both Win Friday Night

After three consecutive wins the Celtics on the road Friday night, lost 99-111 to the 76ers. The C’s loss Friday night came without starting point guard Marcus Smart who has become the 17th player from the C’s this season to be placed in the leagues health and safety protocols. The C’s will return home Saturday night to host the Bulls.

On the ice at the DCU Center in Worcester, the Railers loss 6-3 Friday night to the Reading Royals. Spetz, Coskey and Beaudoin each scored for the Railers. On Saturday night, the Railers will be back on the ICE at the DCU Center against the Reading Royals.

On the Ice in Hanover, New Hampshire Saturday, in women’s ice hockey Dartmouth College hosted Yale who got their third straight win. Yale beat Dartmouth 4-2 to grab their 13th win against Dartmouth since 2004.

On the ice in Hartford Saturday night, in men’s ice hockey Boston University beat UConn 2-1.
