Tonight at about 9:14 p.m., officers the Boston Police Department on patrol observed a vehicle with excessive window tint. After running a CJIS of the vehicle officers became aware that the vehicle also had a revoked registration.
Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop at Norfolk Street and Talbot Ave. The operator of the vehicle has been identified as Shaldon Pascal, 23, of Boston. Pascal was removed from the vehicle and before having it towed, the vehicle was searched at which time officers recovered a Glock 9mm with an attached laser sight and an extended magazine loaded with thirty-one rounds of ammunition..
Pascal was taken into custody and was charged with Unlawful Carrying of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of a Large Capacity feeding Device, Unlawful Possession of Large Capacity Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Large Capacity Feeding Device, Improper Storage of Large Capacity Feeding Device
The charges contained in the Complaint are merely accusations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
