Today at the United States District Court in Boston Jassiel Ramirez, 25, of Revere was sentenced by U.S. Senior District Court Judge Douglas P. Woodlock to five years in prison and four years of supervised release.
In February 2020, Ramirez pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of and possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, one count of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, and one count of possession with intent to distribute and distribution of 40 grams or more of fentanyl.
Between September and October 2018, Ramirez engaged in four separate drug sales of fentanyl to a cooperating witness. Those sales totaled approximately 110 grams of fentanyl.
