Worcester Police Arrests – June 10 – June 13

7/10/21

Hector Noel Franceschi, 33, of Worcester was arrested at 950 Main St. Worcester for firearm store improperly, firearm use in felony, possession large capacity firearm/feeding device, possession of firearm without FID, possession large capacity firearm, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without a FID and possession with intent to distribute class B drug.

Kevin A. Vacca, 36, of Worcester was arrested at 12 Southhold RD. on a warrant for possession of class C drug, possession to distribute class A drug, distribute class B drug, possession class B drug and three counts of possession of class A drug.

Zenon Rosa Jr., 32, of Worcester was arrested at 82 Millbury St. for A&B, A&B with dangerous weapon, willful maliciously vandalize deface property and attempt to commit crime.

Luke Thomas Walczak, 34, of Worcester was arrested at 70 Southbridge St. on a warrant for possession to distribute class C drug (Subsequent offense) and trafficking methamphetamine.

Pedro Lukin Felix Comacho, 21. of Worcester was arrested at 21 Coral St. on a straight arrest warrant for armed assault to murder.

Destinee Snay, 19, of Uxbridge was arrested on a federal warrant and released to outside agency.

Wilfred Z. Zayzay, 31, of 25 Queen St. was arrested at 237 Cambridge St. for assault with dangerous weapon, armed robbery, firearm use in felony and carry firearm without a license.

Savannah Enjoli Lynn, 20, of Worcester was arrested 5 Farwell St. for possession with intent to distribute class B and possession of class B substance.

Koshmien S. Hampton Mills, 23, of Worcester was arrested at 5 Farwell St. for possession firearm without FID card, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, illegally attaching (or permitting) plates, carrying a loaded firearm without a license and possession of ammunition without FID card.

Tyveil Teon Searcy, 25, of Worcester was arrested at 50 Mill St. for improperly store firearm, firearm use in felony, receive stolen property – $1,200, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without FID card and trafficking in class B (37-99 grams).

Indictments and criminal information and complaints are only allegations. All persons charged are presumed to be innocent unless and until found guilty in court.
