Worcester Declared Winter Parking Ban

Due to current weather conditions and expected weather conditions overnight, the city has announced that the Winter Parking Ban will be in effect Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 6 p.m.
During the declared winter parking ban the city says that there is “No Parking on either side of main arteries, bus routes and streets in the downtown area.”
As for other streets in the city, parking is permitted only on the odd-numbered side of the street, unless otherwise posted. Also the city says that, Public Parking Garages will be open for parking free of charge during this Declared Winter Parking Ban.”
As for the enforcement of the winter parking ban, the city says that there will be “ticketing and towing.”
