Connecticut launched a new tourism trail highlighting local restaurants and chefs featured on national food television programs. Governor Ned Lamont and state tourism officials introduced the TV-to-Table Trail Monday, according to his weekly update.
The trail includes dozens of culinary destinations associated with shows such as Top Chef, Chopped, Beat Bobby Flay, Cupcake Wars, Bar Rescue and Hell’s Kitchen. It aims to bring visitors to the small businesses behind those appearances.
The governor’s office said the initiative also celebrates Connecticut farmers and growers.
