ST. JOHNSBURY, Vt. — A 49-year-old Lyndon man is facing a DUI charge following a traffic stop on Interstate 91 in St. Johnsbury.
Bruce Norcross was stopped at approximately 7:29 p.m. Friday near mile marker 133 on Interstate 91 northbound after troopers on routine patrol observed several motor vehicle violations.
Norcross was identified as the driver during the traffic stop. The investigation determined that Norcross had been operating under the influence.
Norcross was taken into custody and transported to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing. He was later released on a citation.
Norcross is scheduled to appear in Caledonia County court at 8:30 a.m. Nov. 9.
