Nara Organics Recalls Infant Formula Nationwide After Botulism Concerns
Parents are being urged to stop using Nara Organics infant formula after the company announced a voluntary nationwide recall of all cans currently available in the United States. The recall includes products sold directly through Nara Organics and at Target stores nationwide.
According to the company, the recall was initiated after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration provided information regarding three cases of infant botulism involving babies who the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported had consumed Nara infant formula. The company stated that no formula has tested positive for Clostridium botulinum.
Nara Organics said it chose to recall all products currently available in the United States “out of an abundance of caution.” Customers who purchased formula through the company’s website during May or June 2026 will automatically receive refunds, while customers who purchased the product elsewhere may seek refunds through their retailer.
