Police are investigating two separate bank robberies that occurred across the Boston area, prompting an active search for suspects.
One of the incidents took place in the Roxbury section of Boston, where multiple suspects robbed a Santander Bank at gun point at 2189 Washington Street in Roxbury’s Nubian Square around 10:11 a.m. after before fleeing the scene in a cancelled Blue Toyota Rav-4 bearing plate 4MXN78.

The first suspect is described as a light-skinned male/female, approximately 5’7″, medium build, wearing a light blue Nike Tech hoodie, black pants, blue gloves, and a black face mask.
The second suspect is described as a male wearing a black Champion hoodie with white lettering, black pants, blue gloves, and a black face mask.
Authorities have not released details on the second robbery yet, but sources indicate that the bank is located at 930 American Legion Highway, the TD Bank in Roslindale, incidents happened within a short time frame, and the same vehicle was seen leaving the area of the TD Bank.
No injuries have been reported. Suspects in both cases remain at large.
