Vermont – At approximately 7:06 p.m. ET on Monday, officers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks arrested Edward Loso of Goshen, following an investigation of reports of Mr. Loso sleeping behind the wheel.
The investigation resulted in multiple indicators that Mr. Loso was under the influence. Troppers placed Loso under arrest.
Charges include:
- DUI
- Driving with a suspended license
- Resisting arrest
As troopers were taking Loso into custody, he began resisting.
Mr. Loso was transported to the Vermont State Police Barracks Rutland for booking.
He was lodged at the Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility for lack of bail. And is scheduled to appear in Rutland County Superior Court on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. ET.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
