Rhode Island – Rhode Island State Trooper Sergeant O’Donnell of the Scituate Barracks arrested 23-year-old Peter J. Mardo, of Cumberland, Rhode Island at 12:09 a.m. ET Tuesday morning.
Charges Include:
- Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled substance (Marijuana)
As a result of a motor vehicle stop conducted on Greenville Road in the Town of North Smithfield.
Marda was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was booked and held pending arraignment at Third Division District Court.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
