A Boston man was arrested late Saturday night in Vermont after State Police say he was caught speeding and driving drunk in Jericho.
According to Vermont State Police, around 11:14 p.m. on October 11, troopers spotted a vehicle traveling on Browns Trace Road well above the posted 35 mph limit. The driver, identified as 35-year-old Terrance Logan of Boston, was pulled over near 323 Browns Trace.
Troopers said Logan showed multiple signs of impairment. After a roadside investigation, he was arrested on suspicion of DUI and taken to the Williston Barracks for processing.
Logan was cited for DUI #1 and released. He is scheduled to appear in Chittenden County Superior Court on October 30 at 8:30 a.m.
