PROVIDENCE, R.I. (August 21, 2025) — Kimberly McArthur, 32, of 220 Broad Street, Apartment #506, Providence, was arrested on Wednesday by the ACI Investigations and Intelligence Units.
McArthur faces charges of Conveyance of Unauthorized Articles To/From an Institution and Conspiracy. She was arraigned in Third Division Court and granted $5,000 surety bail.
