FAIRLEE, Vt. — A Ryegate man is facing charges following a disturbance along U.S. Route 5 in Fairlee on Saturday night.
Vermont State Police from the St. Johnsbury Barracks responded to the area at approximately 10:25 p.m. on July 19 after receiving a report of suspicious activity. According to investigators, 20-year-old Connor Bogie was asked to leave a residence but refused and subsequently caused a public disturbance.
Bogie was taken into protective custody and cited for unlawful trespass and disorderly conduct. He was later released and is scheduled to appear in Orange County Superior Court – Criminal Division on September 17, 2025, at 8:30 a.m.
No bail was set, and Bogie was not lodged following the incident.
