Manchester, NH — A 33-year-old Manchester man, previously released on bail for serious felony charges, has been arrested again following a brief struggle with police.
Christian Edwards was wanted on an active warrant for witness tampering related to an earlier incident. On Wednesday, July 17, 2025, officers located Edwards at a residence on Ahern Street. When they attempted to take him into custody, he refused to comply and tried to flee. Police apprehended him after a short foot pursuit and physical struggle.
At the time of his arrest, Edwards was out on bail for previous charges, including kidnapping and criminal threatening. He now faces new charges of resisting arrest and breach of bail, in addition to the witness tampering charge.
