Exeter Woman Arrested for DUI and Chemical Test Refusal

EXETER — A local woman was arrested late Wednesday night for allegedly driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and drugs and refusing to submit to a chemical test.
On July 17, 2025, at approximately 10:50 p.m., Rhode Island State Police arrested 57-year-old Dianna L. Miller of 25 Cedar Grove Drive, Exeter. The arrest followed a motor vehicle stop on Ten Rod Road in Exeter.
Miller was charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and drugs (first offense, BAC unknown) and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
She was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace. Miller was later released into the custody of a responsible adult.
