Multiple police departments on Saturday responded to a family fight on Furnace St in the Town of Poultney, Vermont.
Vermont State Police confirmed through investigation that it was determined that Peter Senecal, 25, of Poultney, Vermont
had caused pain or injury to family or household member and threatened them with a deadly weapon.
Senecal allegedly committed the offenses in the presence of two children.
Brandon, Vermont Police Department arrested Senecal, and he has been charged with 1st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault and two counts of Domestic Assault, Offense Committed within the Presence of Child.
Vermont State Police said Senecal was transported to the Rutland Barracks for processing and was later issued conditions of release and lodged at Marble Valley Regional Correctional Facility.
